Matcha Lemonade Granita

If an Italian ice and a wellness ritual had a very athletic child. Meet the Matcha Lemonade Granita, a frozen treat that delivers clean matcha energy and hydration without the sugar crash.

Ingredients:

2 cans Tatsu Tea
1 cup lemonade

Directions:

  1. Whisk together Tatsu and lemonade in a shallow baking dish (a metal pan works best).
  2. Place in the freezer.
  3. After 45 minutes, scrape the mixture with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
  4. Return to freezer and continue scraping every 30 minutes until light, fluffy crystals form throughout (about 2-3 hours total).
  5. Serve immediately.
