All the tropical pina colada vibes, with the clean energy and focus of matcha.
Ingredients:
3 c frozen pineapple
1/4 c coconut milk
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
1 oz agave
1/2 can Tatsu Tea
OPTIONAL: 2 oz rum
Directions:
- Add the frozen pineapple, coconut milk, fresh lime juice, agave, and Tatsu to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash more Tatsu to reach your desired consistency.
- For a boozy version, add 2 oz rum and blend briefly to combine.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime wheel for a tropical finish, and serve immediately.
